Shipping: Our products are generally shipped within 24 Hours via USPS. We only ship to the US & Canada at this time.

USPS United States shipping rates:

• Orders under $20 ship for $6
• Orders under $50 ship for $8
• Orders over $50 ship for FREE

USPS Canada shipping rates:

• Orders under $20 ship for $8
• Orders under $50 ship for $10
• Orders under $75 ship for $12
• Orders over $75.00 ship for FREE

Returns: Our return policy is 30 Days after you receive your item(s). Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange after this period.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds & exchanges (if applicable) are available if your item is received defective or damaged, but not due to shipping. Please contact us with your name/order number, description of damage and we will likely ask for a picture. Please do not send your item back until we issue you a RMA, or it could be lost, making a refund impossible. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, as quickly as possible.

Order Cancellation: You have until the item is packaged by our shipping department or delivered to you to cancel your order. After that time a restocking and transaction fee of 10% will be deducted from your refund. Your refund will be processed, and a credit or void will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, as quickly as possible.
